Former watchtower transformed into a holiday residence, located on the top of a rocky high plateau in the countryside, in the southwest of Sicily. This region is characterized by its white rocks, pastures and vineyards, alternating with olive and carob trees. The tower is part of a large private property on which there is an active farm and the important archaeological site of Castelluccio, 1 km below. Quiet location. Beautiful panoramic view to the sea located in the distance. The tower is surrounded by a large outdoor area and a large lawn overlooking the valley is located at the front of the property. Hiking enthusiasts will appreciate this unspoilt nature. Parking. A solarium terrace is accessible by a steep staircase. Due to its layout, the tower is not suitable for children. Comfortable furniture. Distances: Castelluccio farmhouse 1.5 km away, Testa dell'Acqua (supermarket) 4 km away, Noto (famous capital of baroque architecture, various shops) 18 km away, Lido di Noto (sandy beach) 25 km away, Avola and Marina di Avola 26 km away. Within a 50 km radius: Syracuse (Ortigia), Ragusa and Modica.
