This beautiful and characteristic villa with outbuilding is the ideal solution for your vacation in the heart of Tuscany! This vast property is just a 15-minute drive from the ancient town of Arezzo, bordering the Foreste Casentinesi and La Verna park. Enjoy a swimming pool and jacuzzi for the exclusive use of guests. The pool can be heated on request between mid-September and mid-November (for a fee). There's also a tennis court within walking distance (approx. 200 m), shared with guests of ITA424 and ITA480. The covered terrace with pizza oven, the panoramic veranda and the terrace on the second floor are ideal for admiring the beautiful view and spending quality time outdoors. The place is so charming that many couples choose it to celebrate their unforgettable Tuscan wedding! On request, the owner can organize dinners, lunches and cooking classes (payable locally). The windows are fitted with mosquito nets. Two cots are also available on request. Suggested excursions: 4 km Subbiano, 35 km Caprese Michelangelo, 48 km Cortona, 70 km Florence, 15 km golf course. The villa can also be booked for 10 people with code ITA607. In this case, the annex is not accessible.
