Pretty spacious holiday home located on a hill (480m alt.), about 2 km from Montecastrilli. It is located within a fenced property of 2 ha surrounded by forests and closed by an automatic gate. Pretty view on a vast plot of land (8000m²) in which is located the swimming pool surrounded by a tiled terrace. Arbour equipped to enjoy delicious Italian dishes in the open air. Barbecue and wood oven. At the end of the garden there is a municipal road. On the ground, about 100m from the rental, is the owner's house that takes care of the pool maintenance. Suggestions for your visits: 600 m small village of Casteltodino, 5 km fossil forest, 6 km ruins of the ancient Roman city of Carsulae, 20 km Todi, 30 km Spoleto, 70 km Assisi. Two bicycles available (on request).
