Beautiful historic holiday home located only 15 minutes from Castelfranco Veneto in the province of Treviso. The owner wanted to preserve its old-fashioned charm. The swimming pool for common use is located in a large fenced garden and is to be shared with the owner; the owner lives in an outbuilding and has his own garden. In Castelfranco Veneto you will find shops and an area of the town is home to ancient city walls. Gourmets will be able to taste local products in the villages of Asolo (9 km) and Valdobbiadene (30 km), famous for their production of Prosecco, or Bassano del Grappa (18 km) known for its production of Grappa. The house is situated in a peaceful setting in the Venetian landscape. Good starting point to discover the art cities of Veneto: Treviso (35 km), Padua (50 km), Venice (60 km) and Verona (90 km). If you want to spend a day by the sea, we recommend a visit to the seaside resort of Jesolo, located on the Adriatic coast, which is full of entertainment, parks and shops. For those who prefer to go to the mountains, you will be only 70 km from the Dolomites and Lake Santa Croce, which is very popular with windsurfers. The lake with its beaches is also suitable for families. 30 km away is the Piave River, along which there are museums dedicated to the war.
