Holiday apartments with shared swimming pool and lake view located in a country house near Garde, accessible on foot in 10 minutes. Garde offers a beautiful view of the lake with its marina, beaches and sporting activities. The area is ideal for activities such as cycling, swimming, diving, sailing and trekking. The property consists of 4 apartments that can be rented together, if you are travelling with family or friends. The apartments were built after the renovation of the country house on the Rocca River which dominates the town of Garde ("Warda" a former military fort built on the Rocca River during the great invasions). The property is located in the heart of the Parco della Rocca, a natural and protected haven of peace (no barbecues allowed), where you will find the ruins of a medieval fortress and the Camaldolesi hermitage, accessible on foot by a beautiful path. The house has a panoramic terrace with table, chairs and parasol. At the disposal of holidaymakers: a shared swimming pool with deckchairs, chairs and parasols. Baby bed on request. You can also take a boat to the west shore of the lake. Garde is 0.5 km away (shops of all kinds, beaches, mountain bike trails, sailing school); golf and equestrian centre 3 km away; amusement parks 15 km away; thermal centre 10 km away; Peschiera 18 km away. Art and theatre lovers will appreciate Verona, only 35 km away, with its famous Arena and Roman theatre. Venice 140 km away, Milan 170 km away. Both cities are easily accessible by train from Peschiera and Verona. Free air conditioning for 1 apartment (from 01/06 to 31/08) and 2 fans. Arrivals only on Saturdays between 5pm and 7pm.
