Here you will occupy a beautiful semi-detached house with shared pool, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves in Caprino Veronese, just 7 km from the shores of Lake Garda. This is an ideal place to relax. The apartment is on two floors. On the first floor: spacious living area with a sofa and TV, kitchen with all appliances and dining table, a bathroom with shower stall and a double bedroom. Upstairs there is a second living room with double sofa bed, two bedrooms (one double and one twin) and a second bathroom with bath. The garden is very large and surrounds the whole house and offers a covered equipped area, barbecue and pool with sun beds and umbrellas. Reserved parking space directly in front of the building. The characteristic landscape of the place is the perfect setting for a nice vacation. At 1 km there are various commercial activities with typical products of the area.
