Garden with private swimming-pool.The property lies in a residential area in the village of Plaja Grande about 3 km from Marina di Ragusa, a pleasant bathing resort, where you will find all the services you might need. Villa Amurusa lies about 1500 ms from the sandy beach and a beautiful clear sea that laps against it. The villa has its own 600 sq.m. private garden where they have made a 5x10m swimming-pool for guests' exclusive use; in front of the living-room is a large covered veranda of 50 sq.m. furnished for dining outside. It has modern furniture of excellent quality and is equipped with every convenience: air-conditioning, washing-machine, satellite-TV, stereo with CD-player, electric oven, central heating, barbecue and car-parking space. Just a few kilometers away you will find some of the most famous baroque cities: Ragusa (25 km), Scicli (10 km) e Modica (15 km); and 10 km away lies Donnalucata, an old fishing village, with a beautiful sea-front, and where you can buy fresh fish every day. The coast facing it is next to the Irminio nature reserve, and the area has often been chosen for film and advertising productions.
