This is recently built house, but the wooden-beamed ceilings in chestnut wood, and the terracotta floors are perfectly in tune with the traditional style of the umbrian country house. Furnished in comfortable rustic style, it is surrounded by a large, panoramic garden equipped with garden furniture and with a nice swimming-pool (10x5m). It lies on two floors: the living/dining room has direct access to the veranda and to the garden and the 2 bedrooms on the first floor have an attractive panoramic terrace. Due to its central position, the house is well-placed for sightseeing trips in the area. To reach the house, the last 200 metres are along a quite steep, untarred road. Just 5 kms away is the little village of Grutti with a typical restaurant with good umbrian cuisine and which offers guests of I Cerri complete menus at special prices.WiFi Internet connection over 500 MB per day.
