The 2 apartments A and B on the ground floor and C and D on the first floor are communicating. There is a 4 x 17 m swimming pool for guests’ exclusive use. All the apartments have satellite TV. The owner and their two dogs (good-natured and well-trained) live in a flat made on the lower floor, with entrance from the rear of the house, and always treat their guests with the utmost consideration.
