A Chiovere is surrounded by thick walls that separate it from the neighbouring houses. The apartments, all on the ground floor, overlook a pretty garden and are characterised by large windows, stone tiled floors, ceilings with visible beams, electric skylights, air conditioning systems, heating under the floors, video-entryphone and satellite dish. They are spread out around a pleasant garden and a shared building, where there is a small gym and a laundry area to be shared among all the clients. All the apartments are tastefully furnished, according to the modern minimalism style. The complex is located just a few minutes from Strada Nuova, which links the station to the Rialto Bridge. You can take a pleasant walk along this street amidst shops of all kinds and fruit and vegetable stands heading towards San Marco Square. The accommodations are also located just a short distance from Casinò of Venezia and the famous Getto of Venice with its very famous synagogue.
