The residence is part of a 90-hectare resort with lakes (one of which has leisure facilities), a water park with slides, paddling pool and fun water features and two 18-hole golf courses. It extends to the Bourgenay marina.

Spread across 5 pedestrian areas, the pastel-coloured apartments and houses are reminiscent of the charming seaside resorts of the Belle Époque period. They all have a large balcony or terrace.

You can walk or cycle to the ocean through the pine trees. Le Veillon beach is 1.5 km away, where you can enjoy a wide range of water sports.
