In a small residence immersed in greenery which offers you in a cordial and family atmosphere a restful framework favourable with the change of scene,
Air-conditioned apartment for 2 people on the seaside (100m - sandy beach), halfway between Bastia and Porto-Vecchio, fully renovated, consisting of a living room with a double bed 140x190 and flat screen TV + TNT, a kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator - freezer, a glass-ceramic hob (4 burners), a dishwasher, a microwave, coffee maker, kettle, dishes - Shower room with toilet and hair dryer.

Sheets, towels and tea towels provided and included in the price (intermediate change invoiced). Welcome kit provided.
Pets are welcome at an additional cost (maximum two per accommodation): 9 EUR per day up to 4 days / 45 EUR per stay beyond that.
Relaxation area: reading material (books in French, Italian, German, English), telescope, chess game....
Laundry room available every day for an additional fee of 7 EUR per basket of laundry. The laundry room is equipped with a 9kg washing machine, a dryer and ironing equipment.
Cots for children under two years of age are provided free of charge upon availability. All other childcare equipment (high chair, bouncer, bathtub, stroller, baby carrier) is available upon prior reservation upon arrival and for an additional fee.
The residence does not provide hotel services. In this sense, welcome products are provided free of charge on the day of your arrival to facilitate your installation but are not renewed during your stay.
The cleaning in the apartments is not done during the stay but only on the day of departure. A cleaning service can be provided during your stay and sheets and towels changed for an additional cost (15€/hour of cleaning, 12€/bed, 6€/toilet kit).
Arrival every day of the week. Short stays possible from two nights. Breakfast service possible.
Tourist tax of 0,75 EUR per day and per person over 10 years old.
