Accommodation
5 minutes by car from the beach and shops, the estate is located on the edge of the forest. You will stay in fully equipped mobile homes opening onto a terrace with garden furniture and will enjoy animations and activities for children and teenagers in July and August. On site, you will find 2 heated swimming pools, 1 of which is indoor (outdoor pool open from mid-May to mid-September), a water slide, a snack bar with pizzas and takeaways open from April to September, a volleyball court, a table tennis table and games for children. You can even rent bicycles on site!
At your disposal: wifi access (for a fee) to the reception desk and convenience grocery store 100 m away open in July/August.
Reception service: ticket office with preferential rate for the crossing to Ile d'Yeu, Atlantique Toboggan... Possibility to take the Petit Train to visit the Corniche Vendéenne and the Marais Salants de Saint Hilaire de Riez, every Monday (during school holidays).

Timetables and conditions
Conditions :
Prices in euros, per mobile home and per stay. Rates valid until 31/03/19 and subject to change after this period.
Deposit to be paid on arrival: 300€ (2 payments: 240€ apartment + 60€ cleaning)
The deposit is returned after inventory on the day of departure or returned by post. The accommodation must be returned in a perfectly clean condition. Otherwise a lump sum will be deducted from the deposit.
Tourist tax to be paid on site: 0,61€/night/person from 18 years old (indicative price)
Eco tax: 0,20 €/night/person from 13 years old (indicative price)
Payment: cash, cheque, credit card or holiday vouchers
Arrival and departure times:
In season: arrival from 5pm to 8pm
Outside July and August: In case of arrival outside the opening hours of the reception, please inform the residence which will inform you of the procedure to follow
Departure between 8am and 10am (make an appointment at the reception on Thursday to specify the inventory, the inventory of fixtures and your departure time)
