Accommodation
No need to choose between land and sea, the residence welcomes you with its feet in the water. With its exceptional location on the Guérande peninsula, "Valentin Plage" comprises 4 buildings, one of which overlooks the beach and its long cove of golden sand. You'll stay in apartments on the sea or park side, with private access to the beach (depending on the tides).

Timetable and conditions
Conditions:
Prices in euros, per apartment and per stay.
Deposit to be paid on site: €300
The deposit is destroyed on the day of departure after inventory.
Payment options: cash, cheque, credit card, traveller's cheques, Eurocheque, vacation vouchers.
Arrival and departure times:
Rental Formula (from 7 nights): arrival on Saturday from 5pm to 7pm - Departure before 10am.
"Escapade" Formula (2 to 6 nights): arrival from 4pm - Departure before 11am.
In the event of late arrival, it is imperative to inform the residence before 6pm, who will tell you what to do.
