Accommodation
Located 200 meters from the Richelieu beach, accessible by a small path, the residence is bordered by a pleasant pedestrian promenade. You will be staying in fully equipped apartments with wifi access (with a fee) and opening onto a balcony or terrace. During your stay, you will enjoy a pleasant outdoor swimming pool open from mid-April.
At your disposal on the spot : petanque ground to share a game with your friends and family, wifi access at the reception, laundry (with participation) and outside parking.

Schedules and conditions
Conditions:
Prices in euros, per apartment and per stay. Prices valid until 31/03/2021 and likely to change after this date.
Deposit to be paid on the spot : 300€ (2 payments : accommodation + cleaning)
The deposit is returned after inventory on the day of departure.
Tourist tax and participation in eco-recycling to be paid on site (+18 years): 1,19€ (0,99€ + 0,20€/person/day)
Arrival and departure times:
Rental formula: arrival from 5 pm - Departure before 10 am
Escapade formula: arrival from 4pm - Departure before 11am
In case of late arrival, thank you to inform the reception before 7 pm which will indicate you the procedure to follow.

Many imperfections in this accommodation is not worth the price, it lacked many small accessories, very useful. And there is a lot of noise. No light in the parking lot when we came home late, we had to turn on our cell phones to avoid tripping. No internet for a whole day but when you pay the price it's disappointing. Very disappointed

The accommodation was to my taste too small in terms of equipment, for example three small spoons not more for 3, they even went so far as to remove the 4th mattress, but above all the situation of the apartment itself next to the reception of the lift and the stairs made it very noisy. On the other hand what I appreciated was not having to pay a deposit nor the cleaning which was a good surprise when I arrived
