Between the Etel ria and the Quiberon peninsula, Erdeven has concocted a dream program for you: 300 hectares of dunes, 8 km of coastline, 4 beaches, menhirs and dolmens, forests, 80 km of paths to discover on foot, on horseback or by bike... In a 10-hectare green setting, this magnificent seigniorial residence, classified as a historical monument, offers modern apartments in the dungeon, the main building and the orangerie.
At your disposal on the spot: playground, WIFI access in the apartments and outside parking.

* An extra cleaning at the end of the stay is included in the price. Please note that all accommodations must be returned in a clean and tidy condition. Any lack of cleanliness of the returned accommodation and requiring a cleaning intervention other than that described in our GTC will be likely to be invoiced through the deposit.

Timetable and conditions
Conditions:
Prices in euros, per apartment and per stay.
Deposit to be paid on the spot : 500€.
The deposit will be destroyed after checking out the apartment.
Arrival and departure times:
Rental formula (from 7 nights): Arrival between 5pm and 7pm (off season) and between 5pm and 8pm (in season) - Departure before 10am.
Escapade formula (short stay from 2 to 6 nights): Arrival from 4 pm - Departure before 11 am
In case of late arrival, it is imperative to inform the residence which will indicate you the procedure to follow.
