The accommodations
In the heart of a large garden, a few steps from several small creeks, 5 minutes from a beach that you will reach by a path overlooking the sea, the residence offers you a choice of simple and functional apartments, built in small plots close to the sea on the first floor with veranda or on the second floor with large balcony. The houses with sea view are more spacious and refined, built on one level with a patio and direct access to the garden, are equipped with satellite television, washing machine, barbecue. The 4 rooms for 8 people are built on a hillside, overlooking the sea and located from 400 m to 700 m from the beach. You will be able to relax in the swimming pool (with participation open from mid-June to mid-September) and enjoy on the beach a snack bar, a playground and many water activities including a sailing school (with participation).

Conditions:
Prices in euros, per apartment and per stay.
Deposit to be paid on site in cash: 150€/apartment
The deposit is returned after inventory on the day of departure or sent back by mail.
Arrival and departure times :
Arrival between 5pm and 8pm (for arrivals after 8pm: extra charge of 25€ / for arrivals after midnight: 50€ to be paid on site).
In case of arrival after 8 pm, it is imperative to contact the reception to inform them of the approximate time of your arrival before the closing of the offices. Late arrivals or delayed arrivals not declared will not be guaranteed.
Departure before 10am.
