Accommodation
Between the Mediterranean Sea and the Thau pond, Sète will seduce you with its canals, its authentic port, its colourful quays and its market. With direct access to the beach, the estate, a real "waterfront" village club, offers equipped mobile homes with a terrace and many leisure facilities: heated outdoor swimming pool (opening according to weather conditions), bubble bath, pentagliss (5 tracks, forbidden for children under 6 years old), paddling pool, slides, islet for children all season long, petanque, multisports ground.
At your disposal on site: wellness area (paying), snack bar and restaurant, mini-market, takeaway meals, bread depot, bike rental, wifi access (paying), laundry (paying) and open parking at the entrance of the estate (1 vehicle authorized next to each mobile home if space is available). In June/July/August: small train inside the estate and municipal shuttle bus (for a fee) to downtown Sète.

Timetables and conditions
Conditions :
Prices in euros, per mobile home and per stay
The accommodation must be returned in a perfectly clean condition. Otherwise a lump sum of 60 € will be deducted from the deposit.
Tourist tax to be paid on site (indicative rates): 0.60€/person/day.
Possibility that an eco-tax may be requested from you.
Arrival and departure times:
In low season: Arrival on Saturday or Sunday between 3pm and 7pm
In high season: Arrival on Saturday or Sunday between 3pm and 8pm
In case of late arrival, it is imperative to inform the residence before 7pm which will inform you of the procedure to follow
Departure on Saturday or Sunday between 8am and 10am (make an appointment at the reception desk no later than 48 hours before to specify an available departure time).

Mobilhome very "average".vieux.mal équipé : pas de lave vaisselle. Ni tele(supplémentaires 50€ /semaine prestation extérieure !!!) Few utensils dishes..Pas-de-Calais tablecloth nor tt at least set of table. Fridge not defrosted on arrival! Air conditioning on arrival too cold inside. Faucets poor in bathroom And kitchen. WC window doesn't open. On the other hand, very quick intervention. EXTÉRIEUR nickel. Many restaurants closed..>September 16: normal 50% occupancy rate. Good location. Beach and pools. Train noise though... Close to town center and shops.
