Welcome to Plagne Soleil, which rises to an altitude of 2050 m in the heart of the Paradiski ski area! Ideally located near the ski lifts, the residence allows you to easily reach the slopes directly on foot. At the end of the day, you will enjoy fully equipped apartments with balconies. The panorama on the snowy summits is yours!
Your rental : 2 rooms for 5 persons (approx. 25 m²)

* An extra cleaning at the end of the stay is included in the price. Please note that all accommodations must be returned in a clean and tidy condition. Any lack of cleanliness of the returned accommodation and requiring a cleaning intervention other than that described in our GTC will be likely to be invoiced through the deposit.

Timetable and conditions
Conditions:
Prices in euros, per apartment and per stay.
Deposit to be paid on site : 300€ in total (2 payments : apartment + cleaning)
The deposit is returned on the day of departure or sent by mail within 8 days, if no damage is found.
Arrival and departure times:
Arrival on Saturday from 5 pm
In case of late arrival, it is imperative to inform the residence before 7 pm which will indicate you the procedure to follow
Departure on Saturday before 10am.

The oven is also a microwave, which is not mentioned in the ad. The cleaning and the cleanliness of the dishes remain to be desired if not very good housing. We were 3 and we were very well, I think that the ideal maximum is 5 people. Very well equipped, at the foot of the slopes. I recommend it.

Moderately clean apartment (dirt is pushed under the furniture and dirty dishes) Suitable for a week of skiing but small enough for 7 people Useless and dirty shower screen Missing a small oven Television very badly located (at ground level on a piece of furniture which is located behind the table thus impossible to look at thus unusable) For 7 people including 6 skiers; ski room too small and it's a pity that it closes permanently and that we can't access it after 6pm even with the residence code Very good reception In the apartment 1 room with 1 single bed, on the floor on the other hand 2 single beds in "mezzanine" = tiny and no door: given on the living room thus too small for adults well for children but impossible for the parents to remain in the living room if not the children cannot sleep; misses 1 door And for the other room with the double bed; very big but with a "window" opening which gives on the living room too so same worries; everyone in bed at the same time. Sheets ok but dirty blankets Mattress good
