Benefiting from a privileged location less than 5 minutes walk from the beach (150 m separating Sa Gavina Medes from the sea and 400 m for Sa Gavina Gaudi), the two residences offer air-conditioned apartments opening onto a small balcony. For your relaxation, you will enjoy an outdoor swimming pool with slide.

Conditions:
Prices in euros, per apartment and per stay.
Deposit to be paid on arrival: 50€ to be paid in cash (checks and credit cards are not accepted) on arrival and returned on the day of departure
Tourist tax to be paid on site (in cash): 1.10€/day/person (+17 years old - max 7 nights)
Arrival and departure times:
Arrival on Saturday or Sunday (depending on reservation) from 5pm to 8pm.
Arrival between 8 pm and 2 am in July/August with the agreement of the residence: 30 € supplement to be paid on the spot in cash.
Departure between 9am and 10am
