Strategically located in the brand new Phoenix residence in heart of Tignes le Lac a mere 1 minute walk to the Lac snow front and close to the local stores, restaurants and swimming centre. You will certainly enjoy the magnificent and unobstructed views of the lake and mountains through the floor-to-ceiling windows or from the balcony as well equipped modern kitchen with decent sized fridge, microwave, normal sized oven, ceramic hob, kettle, toaster, Krups Nespresso coffee machine, fondu and raclette machines, washing machine. Open plan dining/living area with sofa, armchairs, wall- mounted flat screen TV, Sonos speakers, Wifi. This tastefully decorated apartment should feel like a home away from home, ensuring a quality stay for all.

* Master bedroom : 1 double bed of 160*200 cm , great storage and en-suite shower room. (Separate WC located before entrance to the bedroom)
* Bedroom 2 : cabin with 2 single beds of 90*200cm with wardrobe (this bedroom can only be accessed via bedroom 3)
* Bedroom 3 : 1 trundle style bed with two single matresses of 90*200 cm (thick curtain separates this room from the living area, not a real door - see photo)
