Bourbonnaise house entirely renovated as an eco-gite. First floor: kitchen, living room, wood-burning stove. First floor: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed), shower room, separate toilet. Gîte bonus: heating included. Bed linen and tea towels included. Electricity at customer's expense, to be paid on site at end of stay.
Price includes : Bed linen. Water, electricity in normal use (8kwh per day). Any disproportionate use (doors and windows open during the day, while the heating is on) will be billed.
Price does not include: tourist tax, disproportionate use of electricity or water. Electric car recharging (charged at €10).
