Spacious and luxurious villa located 8 km from Lake Bracciano and 20 km from the sandy beaches of Ladispoli. In the private fenced park there is a saltwater pool, a multipurpose field (soccer / tennis court), children's playground, table tennis, a large veranda with fireplace and barbecue. On the property, about 200 m from the villa (with separate access/entrance), there is the house of the janitors, who are at guests' disposal for the weekly change of linen (included in the price). On request: cook, personal trainer, babysitter. The property includes a dependence used as a pizzeria with wood oven and banquet hall, available for events (on request and for a fee).
