Villa Bonaria is located in the area of Mascaratu, North East of Sardinia, about 8 km from Baja Sardinia. The nearest airport is Olbia International Airport at approximately 50 km.
The villa located in the Emerald coast countryside is perfectly inserted in the Mediterranean scrub that characterizes this part of Sardinia.
It has two comfortable entrances, one on the kitchen to facilitate the shopping, the second onto the living room from the swimming pool area. Both entrances have convenient parking spaces.
The living area equipped with a large billiard table has a comfortable relaxation area and exit to the terrace offering a splendid view of the surrounding countryside. Few steps up, there is a large double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and terrace. Still from the living area (3 steps down) there is access to another three double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms.
From the living area 13 steps down through a staircase, there is the kitchen with an utility room and a courtesy bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer, stove with 6 cookers, coffee machine. This area leads to another two double bedrooms (two steps) with ensuite bathroom and terrace. The covered veranda is equipped with a barbecue.
