This family house is located in the heart of the town and is just a 5 minute walk to the shops and restaurants and a 10 minute walk to the beaches of the Mar Menor. The house is on two levels with a front terrace for the afternoon sun and a courtyard at the back for the morning sun and ideal location for breakfast. Downstairs consists of the lounge/dining area, a kitchen and a toilet. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and the main bathroom. Both bedrooms have air conditioning and the double bedroom has a small balcony onto the front of the house. The house has a fireplace in the lounge, English and Spanish TV and free Wifi internet.
Located in Lo Pagan which is a town in the San Pedro del Pinatar area, has great beaches on the Mar Menor and has a typical Spanish feel to it. Lo Pagan has a nice selection of bars and restaurants and a popular market is held in the town centre on Thursday mornings and San Pedro on Monday mornings. There is a Marina offering the water sport enthusiast scuba diving, snorkeling, jet skiing, windsurfing and sailing. There are numerous golf courses within a 20 minute drive which include La Manga Resort, Roda Golf, Mar Menor Golf Resort, La colinas Golf Resort and Lo Romera to name but a few.
The house is 4km away from the salt lakes and nature reserve the residence of a variety of wildlife including migrating birds with a number of flamingos and attracting bird watchers throughout the year. There are numerous cycle tracks surrounding the area affording easy access to approx 13 kms of Mar Menor beaches, (cycle hire available in Lo pagan). Due to the relatively flat nature of the local area, walking and cycling are popular for many visitors .
