Between La Baule and Pornic, less than a 10-minute walk from the main beach, this pedestrian estate welcomes you in fully-equipped maisonettes with terraces. For your leisure, there's a pleasant heated outdoor swimming pool (from early May to mid-September) and a fitness room.
On-site laundry facilities (fee payable) and outdoor parking (1 space per unit).

Conditions:
Prices in euros, per apartment and per stay.
Deposit to be paid on site (checks or bank prints): €300
The deposit is returned after inventory on the day of departure or destroyed.
Arrival and departure times:
Rental package (from 7 nights): arrival from 5pm - departure 10am (at the latest).
Escapade package (short stay of 2 to 6 nights): arrival from 4pm - Departure before 11am.
In the event of late arrival, it is imperative to inform the residence on Saturday before 6 p.m. who will tell you what to do.
