between La Baule and Pornic, the family resort of Saint Brévin stretches its 8 km of fine sandy beaches in a natural environment of dunes and forests. Less than 10 minutes walk from the large beach, the pedestrian area welcomes you to its houses, which open onto a terrace, equipped and equipped with wifi access. For your leisure time, you will enjoy a heated outdoor swimming pool open from mid-May to the end of September and a fitness room.

Timetables and conditions
Conditions :
Prices in euros, per apartment and per stay. Rates valid until 31/03/19 and subject to change after this period.
Deposit to be paid on site (cheques or bank notes): 300€ (2 payments: accommodation + cleaning)
The deposit is returned after inventory on the day of departure or destroyed.
Tourist tax to be paid on site: 1€/night/person (+18 years old) + Eco recycling: 0,20€/night/person (+13 years old)
Arrival and departure times:
Rental package: arrival from 5pm - departure 10am (at the latest)
Escapade package: arrival from 4pm - Departure before 11am
In case of late arrival, it is imperative to inform the residence on Saturday before 6pm which will inform you of the procedure to follow.
