Small vacation home - sleeps 3, close to town center, ideally located, route de la pointe d'arçay.
Pleasant little house, located 200 m from the beach and 600 m from the town center, comprising: living room with TELEVISION and fully-equipped kitchenette (gas stove with gas hob and gas oven, fridge with freezer and microwave). A bedroom with a double bed and a single bed (90cm x 145 cm, suitable for a child under 8)), shower area (shower with 45cm opening, washbasin on cabinet), WC - A garden with terrace, garden furniture and barbecue. Garden shed and outdoor sink - Space for one car. Cleaning provided by tenant. Linen not provided, can be rented from our partner, please contact us. Heating from October 1 to May 31 extra according to meter reading. Wifi rental available with 5G box: €40/week
