The blue of the ocean and the waves of the coast exert an irresistible attraction on surfers, while the names of the surrounding towns already conjure up enchanting dreams: Bayonne, Biarritz, Anglet, Capbreton, Espelette, Hossegor. In this area of south-western Landes, between beaches and forests, we find ourselves at the gateway to the Basque Country, a palpable influence: Bayonne, with its fabulous ham, is just 5 km away, Biarritz, adorned with its Belle Époque villas, is 10 km away, and the charming ports of Capbreton and Saint-Jean-de-Luz are almost within cycling distance. In Tarnos, the ocean reigns supreme, offering 6 km of Atlantic coastline, including the renowned Métro and Digue beaches, all of which are supervised in summer. The Métro beach delights bathers with its many services, including a tourist office, beach restaurant, surf schools, bike rentals, parking and bus service. Strollers prefer the Plage de la Digue, offering exceptional views of the Basque and Landes coasts.

Just 450 meters from the Atlantic Ocean, this true nature village blends perfectly into its surroundings. It is bordered by cycle paths and the Vélodyssée, and just 150 meters from the coastal route used by Compostelle pilgrims. Living spaces are grouped around the village swimming pool, while accommodation is harmoniously dispersed throughout the park.
The village is made up of fully-equipped wooden chalets, including a kitchenette with microwave, electric hob, coffee maker, fridge, shower room and separate toilet. Each chalet also has a private covered terrace with garden furniture, offering a warm and inviting place to relax. Electric heating ensures optimum comfort, enabling residents to enjoy their stay to the full whatever the season.

Really superb! We had a great vacation. Nice and quiet place. We will come back next year. The staff is at the top. Swimming pool and paddling pool for the little ones.
