The 1-storey residence is situated within a short walk from the beach clubs and resort amenities of Alassio (7-9 minutes’ walk away). A public car park is also within walking distance (8 minutes away), whilst Alassio train station is 19 minutes’ walk away.
For those looking to enjoy a spot of golf whilst away, the Garlenda club is only 15 minutes’ drive away. Offering plenty to enjoy throughout the year; with beaches, a buzzing night life, gastronomy festivals and theatre shows, the ancient nearby city of Ceriale (15 minutes’ drive away) is also steeped in history; with a rich selection of historical monuments, churches and palaces to explore. Guests are also well-placed for soaking up the Le Cravelle Aquatic Park.
