Comfortable apartment with capacity for 4 people. It is situated in the urban center of Roses, nearby there are all kinds of shops and restaurants where you can enjoy the best fresh fish and seafood from the Roses Bay. The sandy beach is just at 30 meters and it's one with the most crystalline waters of the Girona Coast. Ideal to enjoy in family or with friends of the multiple possibilities that offers la Costa Brava.
IMPORTANT :
CHECK-IN ONLINE : some days before your arrival, you will receive, through message, a link in order to check in online, register the occupants, pay the remaining, sign the contract and you will receive also information about the keys collection.
When you check in online, you give an authorization to our agency in the case of misuse of the accommodation to collect the amount of the damage as a deposit. This amount is always done with a bill for the damage.
The TOURIST TAX is not included in the price and must be paid in the check in online. This tax is mandatory in Catalonia and the price is 1.10 Euros per person and per day.

Excellent location of the apartment but various small problems: - a nauseating smell in the bathroom reported the very next day to the agency. The treatment with bleach which was carried out did not solve the problem and we did not insist because the reception of the agency when we came to submit them our various small problems lacked warmth to say the least! .... - very poor quality of the bedding (mattresses much too soft) - no wifi
