In a small residence close to the beach, this charming 4-room house (3 bedrooms) with veranda and terrace (table, chairs, parasol) is perfect for your holidays! A parking space is available in the secure residence (closed by an electric gate). On the ground floor: Living room with TV, equipped kitchen area (electric hob, coffee maker, fridge without freezer, microwave, mini-oven, dishwasher, etc.), a bedroom with a single bed 90x190, a bathroom and separate WC. Veranda and terrace.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with a double bed 140x190, a bedroom with a double bed 180x200 and access to the balcony.
Access to the floor is via a steep staircase that can be dangerous for young children.
