SITUATION:
Building located 150 m. from the North beach, in the Voramar Urbanization that is on the 1st Line of the beach and 4 km. from the urban center.
COMPOSITION:
Apartment block with capacity for 4/6 people consisting of a kitchen equipped with a washing machine and a ceramic hob open to the dining room, two double bedrooms, a trundle sofa-bed in the living room, a full bathroom and a large terrace.
AMENITIES IN THE APARTMENT:
Elevator, swimming pool open from June 15 to September 15. At 100 m. restaurants, shops and small food stores. The building has all the services of Voramar, swimming pool for adults + children, tennis court (managed by the community). It has an unassisted car wash.
INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
Equipment (except clothing in general), TV, Wifi, Water, electricity, cleaning in and out, use of the pool, 1 parking space per apartment.
NOT INCLUDED:
Possibility of renting bed linen at reception (€6/bed set and stay, direct payment). Towels for rent (€25 set of 5 towels direct payment). Cots for rent (€7/day direct payment). lack of kitchen utensils: for example a strainer! everyone cooks legs and nothing to drain! the 2 stoves are ruined! no heating! and the week was cold! we froze! when the reception: nonexistent! the keys were at the bar next door! and we had to go back to the agency on Monday for deposit etc....because nobody was there on saturday or sunday! it's really not serious! the entrance on the reservation was blocked by blocks and to give back the keys we had to go back to the agency to put them in a letter box! here are our comments.
