This luxury penthouse is located in the 4-star residence Les Portes du Soleil. It is 800 m. from the centre of the authentic French village of La Chapelle d'Abondance and only 50 m. from the ski slopes.
This ground floor penthouse, located on the top floor of the building, is furnished in a luxurious and complete way in the atmosphere that is characteristic of this area (i. E. lots of wood and natural stone). In the living room, you will find comfortable furniture and a TV. The open design kitchen is fully equipped with, among other things, a wine cooler and a raclette and fondue machine. The penthouse also features two bedrooms with a double bed, a bedroom with a double bed, single bed and bathroom en-suite (with bathtub, shower and toilet), a sleeping niche with a double bed, a second luxurious bathroom with a bathtub and shower and toilet and an extra separate toilet. Very nice accommodation with a superb environment, but beware of the very bad surprise: the bathroom linen and the cleaning are compulsory (written in very small, between qq lines...).so the attractive price is not necessarily realistic anymore, a nice supplement of 200 EUROS is asked for the cleaning and the linen, completely staggering amount for a cleaning

the pluses: very pleasant and spacious accommodation.the equipment is numerous and of good quality.the staff at the reception is pleasant. the minuses: 180€ of obligatory cleaning without obtaining a clean accommodation (bread crumbs on the dining table + on the sofa). Not enough cutlery (apartment for 6 people=> 6 coffee spoons), so it's difficult to use the complete dishwasher.only one washing machine for 22 apartments, without planning=>so it's anarchy on its use.
