Beautiful, comfortable single-family house. Residential area (villas), excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 200 m from the sea, 200 m from the beach. Nearby attractions: Barcelona 58 km, Blanes 17 km, Mataro 24 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
