The apartment in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria is a large common space with a double bed with privileged views of the sea and the whole city. It also has 1 separate bedroom with another double bed, for a total capacity of 4 people.

The apartment is a penthouse (23rd floor) of an emblematic building in Las Palmas located on a hill that raises it even more to provide the best views of the whole city. It is a beautiful and modern apartment of 80 m² recently reformed (December 2019), with the most modern comforts.

It is located in the quiet and well-shelved neighbourhood of La Minilla, 3 minutes walk from its terraces and its shopping centre. There is also a Spar supermarket in the adjoining building. Parking is immediate, on the opposite street 50 meters from the building's entrance, you can park for free and there are always spaces, at any time of the day or night. It is also one of the best neighbourhoods in Las Palmas. From the apartment we can see the Playa de las Canteras, the port and practically the whole city, the 'Wow' effect is guaranteed.

All the windows of the apartment have a store system integrated into the window which allows the apartment to be completely darkened to guarantee rest and good naps.

The apartment also has high speed internet (600Mb fiber optic), a projector and a sound bar connected to Google Chromecast. So that after a hard day at the beach or in the mountains you can lie down on the chaisse-long and, from your own mobile phone, PC or tablet, you can project your favourite entertainment programmes on the big screen.

The kitchenette has a ceramic hob and is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine and toaster.   Furthermore the apartment has an iron, a dryer and a normal TV set. The building has two elevators that will take you to the 22nd floor and then you will have to climb an additional floor by the stairs, which are wide and safe.
