Location

Located along ‘Via San Marco’ in Pregasio, guests are placed 1 minute’s drive/6 minutes’ walk from the nearest supermarket and a 2-minute stroll away from an authentic trattoria. A host of attractions and highlights await guests’ enjoyment in this timeless idyll on Lake Garda. Within a 3-10 minute drive away, guests will reach the ‘Terrazza del Bivido observation deck, ‘Museo di Tremosine’, the iconic River Brassa ridge and the waterfalls. The scenic hiking route of ‘Strada della torre’ (coined as one of the 8th wonders of the world, due to its breathtaking natural beauty) invites visitors to explore the scenic lake view road on foot, by bike, motorbike or horse, whilst those more daring, can experience the surrounding scenery with a paragliding flight or a canyoning tour. Also, a 10-minute drive away, guests will reach the lake-view village of Tremosine (famous for being one of Italy’s most beautiful villages). The local marina is also reachable by car within 15 minutes.

Nearby, the gorge of Brasa Torrent provides some superb photography opportunities, whilst the nature reserve on the Bondo lakebed and the trails of nearby Val d’Egoi, with their special fauna and wildlife are a must for Nordic walkers and wildlife fans. The SKYClimber Adventure Park is also a 16-minute drive away, whilst the Leaping Frogs tree-climbing Adventure park (25 minutes drive away) offers the perfect family day out. The pretty lake village of Limone sul Garda, with its’ lake lido, resort amenities and heritage attractions, is 25 minutes drive away.
