Located a few minutes walk from the historic centre of Rennes and its amenities, it offers a green and quiet environment. It is the ideal place to enjoy the center of Rennes while benefiting from a preserved place and sheltered from nuisances. Here you are at home, without any opposite, and will enjoy a recently renovated and nicely decorated house. It offers very beautiful services and quality equipment.
This house of 90m2 is arranged as follows:
- on the ground floor: an entrance, an independent WC, a beautiful renovated bathroom with a large Italian shower and a very nice whirlpool bath to relax after your visits or your work. Double vanity unit, laundry room with washing machine/dryer.
- Mezzanine: a beautiful living room with a fully equipped kitchen that will satisfy the most demanding visitors: traditional oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine (caspules Vertuo), toaster, kettle. . . crockery, dishes and pots and pans are plentiful to enable you to prepare all your meals on site.
Adjacent, a beautiful living room with a very large Oled TV, access to many channels and PS3 game console. A selection of DVDs is at your disposal.

Your beds will be made on your arrival and we will welcome you personally on the spot (welcome appointment to be agreed together). Please let us know if you wish to use the sofa bed so that we can prepare it for you. We also provide towels and bath sheets (premium quality), tea towels and bath mats. You will have a kitchen background to start your stay: coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, . . .
Nearby (access on foot) at the end of the street (100m): walk along the canal of Ille et Rance, starting point for running, sports facilities 5 minutes away: Place des Lices with its famous Saturday morning market, Saint Peter's Cathedral 10 minutes away: Place de la Mairie, Place du Parlement, Place Hoche, 15 minutes away: Mabilay, French tech 20 minutes away: Parc du Thabor.
