It is on the 4th floor by stairs of this building on the Place de Bretagne in the heart of Rennes that this charming duplex of 75m2 can comfortably accommodate 4 people.
Recently renovated with its neat and eclectic decoration combining 70's Scandinavian lines, period furniture and antique objects, it benefits from all the facilities necessary for your stay in the Breton capital.
The entrance is through the main and crossing room with a fully equipped dining kitchen with all the necessary equipment and crockery. As an extension the living/dining room offers a round table, a sofa, an armchair and a television with TV box and internet.
The large master bedroom is located on the same level with its two windows opening onto the backdrop of the Jean-Nouvel building and the beginning of the François Mitterrand mall with its various cafés, restaurants, cellar and Wednesday organic market.
The room has a king-size bed and various cupboards, a desk and a pair of Louis XVI cabriolet armchairs allowing you to isolate yourself in order to work or read quietly.
A bathroom with toilet, between the kitchen and the living room completes this first level.
By taking the stairs, like a little nest under the roof, you reach a pretty room with always soft colours.
