On the second and last floor of a very beautiful condominium with character, this apartment, completely renovated by a decorator, consists of a main room with a fully equipped open kitchen, dining area and lounge. 50 meters from a free public car park. You can reach the historic centre within 15 minutes by foot by walking down the shopping street of St Servan.
A market on the square of St Servan at 200 m on Tuesdays and Fridays with the halls where you will find fresh fish. A small oyster merchant is installed every Sunday on Place Bouvet (Place du Théâtre). 2 mini-markets open 7 days a week, 7 days a week, less than 500 metres by foot (at the bottom of the sand and near the church of Ste Croix) and a market crossroads 50 metres down the street in the town of Pépin.
St Servan is known for its main shopping street, the Solidor Tower, the City of Aleth, the cradle of Saint-Malo.
Beaches and walks:

Several bus lines serve Saint-Servan: line 1 (intra-muros /, gare/centre commercial de La Madeleine), line 6 (Intra-Muros/, Quelmer et ses balades des bords de Rance), and line 4 (Rothéneuf/Château-Malo) allows you to reach the other seaside areas of the beach du sillon, Paramé and Courtoisville. . .
