It is located in a quiet area, close to shops and the beach of Solidor. Bars, restaurants within walking distance. 100 meters from a large free public car park. You can reach Intra-Muros, the historic centre in 15 minutes by foot along the sea.
A market on the square of St Servan at 700 m on Tuesdays and Fridays with the halls where you will find fresh fish. A small oyster merchant is installed every Sunday on Place Bouvet (Place du Théâtre).
St Servan is known for its main shopping street, the Solidor Tower, the City of Aleth, the cradle of Saint-Malo.
It's a good place to live. You can admire the most beautiful sunsets from your window.
