door of bay window does not close, nauseating smell in the sanitary facilities (broken shower drainer, washbasin emptying inoperative), VMC does not work, non-existent sound insulation, unacceptable noise from neighbours until 5 o'clock in the morning, mattress in a room in very bad condition, window handles completely unscrewed, very impractical kitchen and lack of essential elements, frequent flooding on the front door coming from the terrace above, clarity of housing weak, not recommended to anyone wishing to rest quietly.
