Very beautiful environment - 20km from Mont St-Michel
20 km south of MONT ST-MICHEL, in the rural countryside around LA FONTENELLE; on the estate of an authentic old water mill redistributed into 3 independent apartments (this rental located in the wing, another rental in the main building and the owners' house at the rear on the ground floor); in the middle of 2 hectares of woods, meadows, orchards with a pond and a stream for fishing (according to seasons).
Holiday cottage arranged in the mill wing, located at the entrance of the access road to the property: inside : pleasant interior with large openings, wood and panelling, living room overhung at each end of a mezzanine with sleeping area.
Playful swimming pool 25 km away (DOL DE BRETAGNE). Sea at 20 km, sandy beach at 45 km, nearest town PONTORSON at 14 Km. Charging station for electric cars in Antrain.
10,000 m2 garden common, garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs, parasol, parking. Shops 2.5 km away. Electric charging station for recharging cars at 2 km. Central heating. Ironing board and iron.

Deposit: 160 ¤. No animals accepted. Baby bed and chair - Staircase
