This single-storey house has been completely renovated combining modern and old with great taste. It has been fitted out in a building at the end of which the owner lives. You will have a living room with a dining area and a very contemporary relaxation area, a kitchen, a double bedroom (1 bed 160 x 200 cm), a twin bedroom (2 beds 90 x 1900 cm), shower room, toilet. Possibility of renting a third room with a 160x200 bed in addition with private sanitary facilities (shower, wc) at 35€/night. The gite has been designed to allow an optimal welcome and stay for people with reduced mobility. A private outdoor space has been set up in front of the gite (terrace and green spaces). The beds will be made on your arrival and the bathroom linen is provided. In winter, the electric heating will be at your charge (according to the statement and real consumption). IMPORTANT IN COVID 19 PERIOD : steam cleaning for disinfection between each client. In the heart of the Pays d'Othe, 30 minutes from Troyes and 15 minutes from Burgundy, this gite is located in a part of a 19th century farmhouse with a pigeon house. The charm of the place will seduce you. You will be able to take full advantage of the property's land (common) and will appreciate the tranquility of the place and the view on the countryside.
