Built on the first floor (2 steps), the gîte consists of a living room, a kitchen open to the living room (ceramic hob, new furniture), a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), a bedroom with two single beds (90 cm), a bathroom (shower) and independent toilets. A large terrace with garden furniture, parasol and deckchair, allows to enjoy the green spaces (orchard and lawn of 1500 m2), closed and common to both lodgings. The parking is private. Additional charges: electricity (including heating). From the gîte, you can take the Vélovoie des Lacs (passing in front of the gîte - 4 adult bicycles + baby carrier available according to availability), reach the beach (1 km), the wild banks of the lake (300 m), or go to Troyes to discover the medieval city (25 min), or finally to Nigloland to relax with family or friends (30 min). Géraudot, known for its swimming areas and its 16th century parish church of Saint-Pierre Saint-Paul, is a village located in the heart of the Natural Park of the Forêt d'Orient, and just a stone's throw from the lake. The Logis du Charron is a Champagne style house, restored in 2012, adjoining another gîte (10G106), with a totally independent entrance.
The price does not include : Electricity, sheets, tourist tax, bathroom linen, cleaning at the end of the stay.
