The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you this house located near the port of Cap d'Agde. With a floor area of 75 m², Calypso can accommodate up to 5 people, making it an ideal pied-à-terre for your holidays. The accommodation is entirely at your disposal: bright living room with fully equipped kitchenette, 2 comfortable bedrooms, shower room, 2 furnished terraces, inflatable jacuzzi. Everything you need for an excellent stay with family or friends. There is a private parking space. You can hire the pontoon to moor your Day Cruiser or jet skis. The accommodation is as follows:
Ground floor:
- Bright living room with sitting area, TV, dining table for 6 people
- Fully equipped kitchen (microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge, cooking utensils, coffee maker, etc)
1ᵉʳ floor:
- Bedroom 1 with 1 king-size bed (2 beds 90 together).
- Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds (90) which can be joined if required
- Cabin room with 1 single bed
- Shower room
- Separate WC
Outside area :
- North terrace: table and chairs, barbecue, safety fence for children.
- South terrace, not overlooked: inflatable jacuzzi accessible all year round, dining table for 6 people for your meals.
neighbourhood :
- The marina is located on a private, secure peninsula with a beach and a planted area for putting down your towel.
- Just 50 m away, you'll find a number of local shops: a grocery shop, bread and croissants, tobacconist's, bookshop and beach goods.
- The harbour centre is 600 m away, via the quays: restaurants, bars and entertainment, Ferris wheel, merry-go-rounds, etc.
Richelieu fine sand beach, also accessible on foot from the quays.
- L'île des loisirs with all its rides, nightclubs including Amnésia, show restaurant, Casino Barrière.
Activities :
- All water sports: boat hire, jet skis, etc.
- Boat trips to visit the Fort Brescou marine reserve, the coast and up the Hérault to the heart of the historic town of Agde.
- Cruise to Sète.
Transport
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park, which can accommodate up to 1 vehicle.

- Nearest train station: Gare d'Agde, about 10 minutes by car (8 km)
- Nearest airport: Béziers Cap d'Agde airport, about 15 minutes by car (15 km).
Other remarks :
- Located opposite the harbour with private pontoon if you have a boat (parking extra €200 per week). It is possible to hire a Day Cruiser up to 7m or one or two jet skis for the duration of your stay (15€/day). Please specify when booking if you require this service.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- Bed linen can be provided on request at an additional cost of €10/person. Towels are not provided.
