You will have a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a living room with flat screen TV and sofa bed (quality mattress 140x190), a bedroom with 2 single beds (which can be combined into a double bed), a bathroom (shower + sink) with toilet. Outside, you will have a terrace/balcony, a garden with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue. Parking in the street. Beds will be made on arrival, household linen (tea towels, tablecloth). Heating and electricity are extra (invoiced according to your consumption). Supplement for dogs (over 15 kg): 5€ to 15€/day depending on the category of dog. All shops and amenities on site. Possibility of renting bicycles for children, teenagers, adults and children's seats upon reservation with the owners (5€/day/person). 100 km from Paris and Reims, 60 km from Troyes, Epernay and Sens, 25 km from Sézanne, 20 km from Provins, 15 km from Nogent sur Seine. Small independent house on the first floor with closed and privative ground. TOURIST ATTRACTIONS : Nogent sur Seine and its power station at 15 km, visit of wine cellars, Provins and its medieval city, Lakes of Orient at 70 km, Castle of Motte Tilly at 20 km, Big fishing pond at 35 minutes.
We are Champagne winemakers, you have the possibility on reservation to visit our parcels with picnic lunch, visit our winery and to finish tasting our champagne. Reservation of our reception room (capacity of 30 persons equivalent to our 6 gites ref : 10G358/10G392/10G366/10G362/10G394/10G375). At the end of August-beginning of September possibility of taking you to listen to the bellowing of the stag. On the spot.
The price includes : Wifi, made beds and household linen (tea towels, tablecloth).
The price does not include : Heating and electricity, cleaning at the end of the stay, towels, tourist tax.
