La Tranche sur Mer, La Terrière, in vacation residence close to the beach, semi-detached house opening onto individual terrace with car parking space.
1 equipped kitchenette, 1 bathroom with sink, shower and toilet. Staircase to access bedrooms, 1 small bedroom with 1 bed 140, 1 small bedroom with 2 bunk beds, and 1 bed 0.80. Steep staircase not suitable for small children.
Facilities: TV, electric hob, fridge, microwave oven, vacuum cleaner, freezer, furniture, washing machine, 1 iron, 1 coffee machine, cutlery and [hidden] storage room in basement with freezer.
Upstairs (steep staircase) a mezzanine (height under 1 m 80).
End-of-stay cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant.
End-of-stay cleaning upon reservation: fixed price of 60€. Linen is not provided.
Location: on the edge of the forest, approx. 300 m from the beach, 4000 m from the town center with all amenities. Ample parking nearby.

To make getting around easier, free shuttles (July and August) run throughout the resort, from La Grière to La Terrière, via the town center. From La Tranche sur Mer, you can enjoy cruises to the Ile de Ré, Ile d'Aix or Fort Boyard. 2-screen cinema with the latest films. Swimming pool with 370m2 leisure pool and 4 25m water lines and fitness area with sauna, hammam and spa.
Outside, a 250m2 pool is open (July/August).
