GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Delightful house on the sea, ideal for couples and families who want to spend their holidays on the Conero Riviera. The apartment, renovated and furnished in a marine style, is in the center of the Marcelli district of Numana. The beach is located in front of the house and the services are within 100 meters. It has a terrace overlooking the Conero.
The house is located on the first and last floor so there is a staircase to climb
