Fitted kitchen & WC. Downstairs you have the master double bedroom with access to the West facing sun terrace, 2 twin bedrooms & a full bathroom with walk in shower. One of the twin bedrooms also has patio doors to the sun terrace. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes & air conditioning.
The lower level has a further full bathroom, with bath & shower over & internal access to the private garage.

Guests have use of the community swimming pool (mid May to 31 Oct). The beach is just a 5 minute walk away downhill (the walk back up will take a bit longer!).

Nerja is a coastal town at the foot of the Almijara mountains with a long tradition of fishing and agriculture. The fishermen still pull their nets ashore on Burriana beach and fresh produce can still be bought from the doorways of local people´s houses. The weekly market (Tuesdays) attracts many traders and shoppers from all over the region and the town centre has a vibrant, friendly atmosphere with many lovely shops and tapas bars & restaurants. Something for everyone!
